Meeting Announcement for Wednesday, May 10 , 2023 - 6:30 p.m. "By BVSC Members, for BVSC Members" Several Short Programs by Club Members, Representing the Wide Variety of Their Special Interests. Plus the 50:50 Drawing, Announcements, and a Short Business Meeting. Meetings are held at The Summit Retirement Community 5850 Limestone Road, Hockessin, DE 19707.
We will continue to conduct a separate Silent Auction of some recently donated philatelic material from Marnie King's collections and other consignors.Stamp talk assured!

a Chairman - Go for it!

BVSC Meetings General Information:We start regularly scheduled "live" monthly club meetings at 6:30 with a half hour of informal socializing, stamp talk and networking. There are informal meetings in July and August. In April, we hold our annual Club Banquet at Porky Oliver CC, as well as our traditional Delpex Stamp Show at the Nur Shrine Center. At "live" meetings, currently in progress, we typically have a 50/50 drawing at each meeting (3 tickets/$2) to benefit our educational programs. Visitors are encouraged to join us at 6:30 for a meet and greet with our regular members. The Brandywine Valley Stamp Club usually meets on the second Wednesday of each month at The Summit Retirement Community meeting rooms. Annual dues are $15.00 and are due in January. You can join us here. In addition, we have a Stamp Swap and/or Silent Auction several times during the year, and smaller versions at each meeting - see program schedule and Newsletter for details. |
